Start inside the school day, prove it after school, or roll it out across every campus. Every model runs on the F3 methodology, certified teachers, and verifiable credentials.

In School

Every student, not just the ones whose parents signed up.

AI literacy is heading toward the same fate as computer literacy in the nineties: available to the children whose families knew to ask for it, and absent for everyone else. Running the program inside the school day is how you refuse that outcome.

How it runs. The program occupies a block you already have. We work around your calendar rather than asking you to rebuild it. Your own teachers, certified by us, deliver the sessions — which means the adult in front of your students is someone who already knows them.

What it gives you. Coverage. Every child in the grade level, regardless of family income, schedule, or transportation. And a defensible answer when a parent asks what your school is doing about AI — one backed by verifiable credentials rather than a statement of intent.

What you provide. A classroom, a block in the schedule, and teachers willing to be certified. Nothing else.

After School

Prove it works in your building before you commit to it.

Most schools do not want a presentation. They want evidence from their own students, in their own classrooms, with their own teachers. This is how you get it without restructuring anything.

How it runs. An enrichment workshop with capped enrollment, delivered by your certified facilitators. It closes with a Demo Day where students present their projects to families and staff — which tends to do more for institutional buy-in than any proposal we could write.

What it gives you. A low-risk entry point and a real answer to the families already asking for more. Most schools that start here move the program into the school day within two cycles, because by then the case has made itself.

What you provide. A classroom, an after-school slot, and one or two teachers to lead.

Districts

One standard across every campus, and evidence you can actually report.

The risk at district scale is not adoption. It is drift — five schools running five different versions of the same program, with no way to compare outcomes or defend the investment. Centralized implementation prevents that from the start.

How it runs. We certify facilitators across your campuses together, in a single cohort, against a single standard. Rollout is coordinated so schools move at a comparable pace. Administration, invoicing, and reporting stay in one place instead of fragmenting across sites.

What it gives you. Consistency you can verify and outcomes you can aggregate. Every credential issued across your district is a verifiable data point, which means your reporting to a board, a governing body, or a funder rests on evidence rather than on narrative. Equity becomes measurable: you can see which campuses are keeping pace and which need support, while there is still time to act.

What you provide. Participating campuses, a coordinator on your side, and teachers to certify.

Assess

We review your calendar, grade levels, and goals, then define which track fits each group and where it lands in your schedule. At no cost.

Certify

We train and certify your own teachers through our Train-the-Trainer model. No prior technology background is required. F3 is designed so a teacher from any subject can deliver it with confidence.

Deliver

Your school receives the material kits, session guides, and instructional coaching. Your certified facilitators teach. We supervise.

Showcase
